About Me
I’m a clinical psychologist who works with adults, children and families across development from toddlerhood to adulthood.
I have more than 10 years of experience working as a clinical psychologist with specialized training in Child and Adolescent Psychology and Health Psychology.
My passion is working with parents of children who present with behavior challenges, anxiety or big emotions/strong personalities. I also have interest and experience working with gifted/twice exceptional (2e) youth and their unique social emotional needs.
I’ve worked in several medical centers/hospitals, private practices, and schools. I am passionate about providing evidence based care in a personalized, tailored approach to each family’s unique needs. As a mom of two myself, I would not teach anything to others that I wouldn’t teach to myself first.
My approach is very solution oriented, skills based and practical. My goal is to give you accurate assessment and get you the treatment you need effectively and efficiently to make the most of your time while simultaneously get you lasting outcomes.
I have also published research in several areas of child and health psychology, studying the impacts of parenting on children’s mental and physical health. Here is a link to my publications:
